Your REALTOR® Explains the Process

A REALTOR® will not take it for granted that you know all the ins and outs of the buying process. Instead, he or she will provide you with a detailed explanation of what to expect so you are fully informed throughout this complex decision-making process.

 

REALTORS® Assess Your Needs

One of the first questions a REALTOR® will ask is, ‘Why are you moving?’ A REALTOR® will also explore any time constraints you might have (perhaps imposed by the need to relocate for employment), your financial situation and any future plans.  They need a detailed picture of your wants and needs in order to serve you better.

Hey, I’m Josh... aka "Sold By Stokes"- born entrepreneur, down to earth bay boy & loving family guy! For a short period, before real-estate, our life brought us to Alberta. With a Petroleum Engineering background, I worked specifically as a field supervisor and quality control engineer. A team leader with a great eye for specifics and detail. After 3 years in the field, myself & my wife decided we needed a change. We needed the salt water, our family and our kids to grow up as true Newfies!
 
Shortly after moving, I completed my real-estate licence & the rest is history. I’ve earned “Top Producing Agent” on different levels - ranking in the Top 5% of all REALTORS in the province for 2018 (believe me, that didn’t come easy)! “Top” doesn’t mean you’ll find me drinking expensive champagne and driving luxury cars. I’m more of a dark beer - Rickards Red kinda guy and soon enough my wife will have me driving a minivan. “Top” comes from long hours, trial & error, brainstorming, meeting with mentors, taking every single piece of advice and knowledge anyone is willing to offer and lots of thinking outside the box!
